For Xandra Healthcare's refund policy, you have a 48-hour Return Window from the time your order is delivered to exercise the option of replacement and/or refund (for all Eligible Orders). Unfortunately, if more than 48 hours have passed since your order was delivered, we won't be able to offer a refund or replacement. Returns/Replacements

At Xandra Healthcare, if you change your mind about an order, you can cancel it for free until midnight on the day you place it. We'll automatically refund your payment method. But if you haven't canceled by the same day, a full refund isn't guaranteed as your order might have shipped. You can still request a cancellation, but it depends on the situation, and we might not provide a full refund.

 

Now, if your order hasn't been delivered on time, and there's no info about delays, use the Xandra Healthcare website to ask for a refund or replacement. Our customer service will check the details and suggest options.

 

If your delivered products are defective or damaged, let us know through the website with proof of damage. Our customer service will review and decide on a replacement or refund. Sometimes, we might need you to send back the goods for inspection. After we get your return and check it, we'll email you about the refund websiteroval. Late or missing refunds

 

If you don't see your refund within 7 working days, here's what you can do: check your bank account first. If you paid with a credit card, get in touch with your credit card company – sometimes it takes a bit for the refund to show up. Then, contact your bank. Shipping
